Senior Sales Manager

Solventure is looking to strengthen its team in Belgium with a Senior Sales Manager.

    • As our Senior Sales Manager, you contribute to Solventure’s growth by attracting new customers

    • You understand and recognize your customer’s business, key drivers and challenges and act upon them by introducing relevant Solventure services and products.

    • ·Supported by your colleagues in Marketing, Pre-Sales and Delivery, you must become the trusted partner for our potential new customer stakeholders. You inspire, challenge and support, bringing both your potential customers and Solventure to a next level of performance in Supply Chain Planning.

    • ·You continuously search for the next level of Supply Chain maturity for your potential customers, help them to innovate and deliver a Supply Chain competitive edge.

    • ·Make them Rethink their Supply Chain – strategic.

    • ·You hold a Masters Degree in Business Management, Economics or Finance (or equivalent by experience).

    • ·You have at least 8 years of consultative selling / solution selling experience in Consulting, Supply Chain or Software Services.

    • ·Your strong commercial acumen, analytical skillset and ability to translate business needs into pragmatic solutions make you a credible partner for C-level stakeholders.

    • ·Experience in F&B, FMCG, Pharma or Manufacturing is a definite plus.

    • ·Excellent communication skills and strong negotiating skills are vital. You communicate professionally in English. Knowledge of German and/or French and/or Dutch is an asset.

    • ·A true team player, you are enthusiastic, eager to learn, flexible and easily adapt to new circumstances.

    • ·Your “can do” and result-oriented attitude, allows you to work autonomously, take initiative and think out of the box.
