Supply Chain Planning Project Manager
Solventure is looking to strengthen its team in Belgium with a Supply Chain Planning Project Manager.
Solventure acts as reseller and integrator of tooling supporting the sales & operations planning processes in manufacturing companies. This includes support for customer-product segmentation, demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning and executive S&OP.
Solventure provides supply chain analytics services. This combines a cloud based tooling solution with process improvement, coaching and analytics in all aspects of the S&OP process. In the analytics mode, we develop supply chain processes in a step-by-step and self-financing approach.
Next to these, Solventure is developing a ‘leading indicator forecasting solution’. This is based on Phd research within Solventure, in close collaboration with the universities of Lancaster and Gent. Leading indicators is a promising new technique. It will help the leaders in supply chain to realize a new and much needed breakthrough in forecast accuracy.
Solventure has also recently launched ‘Solventure Academy’, which develops S&OP competence, by providing open and in-company training, in the different steps of the S&OP process.

You take end-to-end responsibility to transform the Supply Chain Planning for our customers. Your actions and initiatives turn our customers’ Supply Chain into a competitive edge.
Your knowledge of planning processes allows you to manage the full lifecycle of your planning projects and implement new solutions in domains such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP/IBP, Detailed Scheduling, Inventory Management
In collaboration with our Solution Architects, you propose suitable solutions focusing on people, process, tooling, and analytics. You manage project scope, budget, timelines, and quality.
Towards our customers, you act as a strategic partner and ensure customer satisfaction.
You manage and coach a team of consultants and are actively involved in the recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of your team members.

You hold a Master’s Degree (preferably in Engineering or Economics).
You have experience in Project Management.
You are a seasoned professional with preferably experience in multinational organizations.
Experience in managing Supply Chain Planning or Implementation projects is a must.
Experience in Arkieva, Kinaxis, OMP, SAP IBP or other Supply Chain software is a plus.
You think in structures and systems and know how to translate customer needs into a tooling solution.
You are analytical and result-oriented, you think in solutions rather than problems.
A true team player, you drive your team to success in an authentic and enthusiastic way.
You are a strong communicator (fluent in English) and connect easily with C-level business stakeholders.
You are flexible to occasionally travel (in Europe).
